REJECTION OF PROPOSAL. If, for any reason, the consultant’s GFE is rejected or contract negotiations fail, ADOT will proceed with negotiating with the next highest ranked firm. The Department will notify the next highest ranked firm, and this firm shall submit its subsequent detailed submission as set forth in the DBE Subsections 13 or 14.
