(a) So long as a loan which is secured by a first mortgage lien on Landlord's interest in the Premises (hereinafter, a "Loan") is outstanding, Tenant shall deliver to Lender, concurrently with the delivery thereof to Landlord, a copy of any Rejectable Purchase Offer together with copies of all items required to be delivered pursuant to Section 3.2(a) and (c).
