Common use of Rejection of Surrender of Shares Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Surrender of Shares. The Trustee shall reject the Surrender of Shares by the Delivery Applicant if (i) the related instruction described in Section 2.6(b)(ii) is not in proper form or is not accompanied by a pre-approved Delivery Application, (ii) the number of Shares Surrendered does not correspond to the number of Shares specified in the pre-approved Delivery Application, or (iii) the number of Fine Ounces of gold represented by the Delivery Applicant’s Surrendered Shares, as determined for the Share Submission Day, is less than the number of Fine Ounces of Physical Gold to be delivered as specified in the pre-approved Delivery Application.
