Common use of Related Agreements Clause in Contracts

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company Employer or any of its subsidiaries and you Employee shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or and effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company Employer or any of its subsidiaries and you Employee shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you Executive shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you Officer shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. 15.1 To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company Employer or any of its subsidiaries and you Employee shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you Executive, other than the Change in Control Agreement, shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. 8.01 To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries Subsidiaries and you Employee shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same such other agreement shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that the Confidentiality and Assignment Agreement signed by you upon your employment with the Company or at the time of your entry into this Agreement shall remain in effect in accordance with its terms.

Related Agreements. To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you (including, without limitation, the Employment Agreement) shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this AgreementAgreement while this Agreement remains in force and effect, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.

To the extent that any provision of any other agreement between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and you (including, without limitation, the Employment Agreement) shall limit, qualify or be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, while this Agreement remains in force and effect, then for purposes of this Agreement, while the same shall remain in force, the provision of this Agreement shall control and such provision of such other agreement shall be deemed to have been superseded, and to be of no force or effect, as if such other agreement had been formally amended to the extent necessary to accomplish such purpose.
