Common use of Related Collateral Clause in Contracts

Related Collateral. The related Mortgage Note, Mezzanine Note or B-Note, as applicable, is not, and has not been since the date of origination of the Purchased Loan, secured by any collateral except the lien of the related Mortgage, any related Assignment of Leases, any related security agreement and escrow agreement or other applicable Purchased Loan Document; and the related Mortgaged Property or Properties or other securities, as applicable, do not secure any loan other than the Purchased Loan being sold to Buyer hereunder (except for Purchased Loans, if any, which are cross-collateralized with other Purchased Loans being conveyed to Buyer hereunder and identified on the Purchased Loan Schedule).
