Common use of RELATED CONSTRUCTION OF SITE Clause in Contracts

RELATED CONSTRUCTION OF SITE. 11.2.1 Owner may perform other Work related to the Project at the Site by Owner’s own forces, or let other direct contracts therefore or have other work performed by utility owners. If the fact that such other work is to be performed was not noted in the Conceptual Documents then (i) written notice thereof will be given to Design Builder prior to starting any such other work and (ii) Design Builder may make a claim therefore as provided in Article 8 if Design Builder believes that such performance will involve additional expense to Design Builder or requires additional time and the parties are unable to agree as to the amount or extent thereof.
