Related Indemnity Claims. Where an act or omission giving rise to loss or damage under clauses 17.2(a) or 17.3(a)(i) or (ii) (as the case may be) is attributable to more than one Service in more than one Wholesale Service Category, such act or omission will be deemed subject to the greatest of the liability caps applicable to those Services.
