Related Lawsuits. 9.1 The Parties will file motions to stay all proceedings against Defendants in Related Lawsuits not pending in the Federal Court, except for any proceedings provided for or required by this Settlement Agreement as soon as possible after the motions referenced in Paragraphs 8.3 and 8.8 are filed.
