Common use of Related Shareholders Agreements Clause in Contracts

Related Shareholders Agreements. The Shareholders are parties to other agreements listed on Schedule A attached hereto (such agreements are collectively referred to as the “Related Shareholders Agreements”). The Related Shareholders Agreements contain provisions similar to those contained in this Agreement, including without limitation, provisions granting purchase and sale options with respect to the shares of common stock or interests owned by the Shareholders in such other entities. The Shareholders agree that in the event a purchase or sale of shares or interests is to occur pursuant to a provision of a Related Shareholders Agreement, the Shareholders or the Company, as the case may be, shall simultaneously purchase or sell shares pursuant to the provision(s) of this Agreement most similar to the applicable provision(s) of such Related Shareholders Agreement.
