Relation of this Agreement to mRNA RiboTherapeutics Sublicense Agreement. Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, Company is entering into a separate sublicense agreement with mRNA RiboTherapeutics (the “mRNA RiboTherapeutics Sublicense Agreement”), pursuant to which mRNA RiboTherapeutics is granting Company a sublicense under Patent Rights with respect to certain fields of use that are different from and are not included within the scope of the Sublicense granted to Company in this Agreement.
