Common use of Relation to Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Relation to Applicable Law. The provisions of this Article shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by CenturyLink of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of CenturyLink or CenturyLink customers provided by Applicable Law.
