Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture.
Relation to Base Indenture. This First Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this First Supplemental Indenture, all provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes and any such provisions shall not be deemed to apply to any other Securities issued under the Base Indenture and shall not be deemed to amend, modify or supplement the Base Indenture for any purpose other than with respect to the Notes.
Relation to Base Indenture. This Third Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture.
Relation to Base Indenture. This Twelfth Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture, all provisions of this Second Supplemental Indenture are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes and any such provisions shall not be deemed to apply to any other Securities issued under the Base Indenture and shall not be deemed to amend, modify or supplement the Base Indenture for any purpose other than with respect to the Notes.
Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture (the provisions of which, as modified by this Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.
Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture. However, to the extent any provision of the Base Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture will govern and be controlling in respect of the Notes.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Third Supplemental Indenture, all provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes and any such provisions shall not be deemed to apply to any other Securities issued under the Base Indenture and shall not be deemed to amend, modify or supplement the Base Indenture for any purpose other than with respect to the Notes.
