Common use of Relation to Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture but, except as expressly provided herein, shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any series.

Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture but(the provisions of which, except as expressly provided hereinmodified by this Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, or modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.

Relation to Base Indenture. This Twenty-Second Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture but(the provisions of which, except as expressly provided hereinmodified by this Twenty-Second Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, or modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.

Relation to Base Indenture. This Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture but(the provisions of which, except as expressly provided hereinmodified by this Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, or modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.

Relation to Base Indenture. This Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture but(the provisions of which, except as expressly provided hereinmodified by this Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, or modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.

Relation to Base Indenture. This Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture but(the provisions of which, except as expressly provided hereinmodified by this Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, or modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.

Relation to Base Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Base Indenture (the provisions of which, as modified through this Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the series of Securities established by this Supplemental Indenture) but, except as expressly provided herein, shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Base Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or, except as expressly provided herein, modify, amend or otherwise affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.
