Relation to Credit Agreement; Ratification. This Amendment is entered into in accordance with Section 11.01 of the Credit Agreement and constitutes an integral part of the Credit Agreement. Except as amended by this Amendment, the provisions of the Credit Agreement are in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.
