RELATION TO PAST. Borrower acknowledges, agrees, represents and warrants that the Recitals set forth above are true and correct. Borrower further acknowledges and agrees that, except as expressly revised as set forth herein, the Original Loan Documents remain fully valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective express, written terms, subject to no claims, defenses, or offsets of any kind.
