Relation with other agreements. 1. Unless specified otherwise, previous agreements between the Member States of the European Union and/or the European Community and/or the European Union and Korea are not superseded or terminated by this Agreement. 2. The present Agreement shall be an integral part of the overall bilateral relations as governed by the Framework Agreement. It constitutes a specific Agreement giving effect to the trade provisions within the meaning of the Framework Agreement. 3. The Protocol on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters supersedes the Customs Agreement with regard to the provisions concerning mutual administrative assistance. 4. The Parties agree that nothing in this Agreement requires them to act in a manner inconsistent with their obligations under the WTO Agreement.
