Relations Representative. The Company and the Union agree that to the extent practicable contact between the complainant and the accused will be minimized during the investigation process.

Relations Representative. Within fourteen (14) calendar days of the mailing, the nurse 25 may submit revised material for possible inclusion in the personnel file after consultation 26 and review by the ONA representative. The Hospital may also delete from such 27 resubmitted material items which the Hospital believes to be substantially inaccurate, 28 defamatory or otherwise inappropriate as part of the Hospital file. Such rejected 29 material shall be returned to the nurse. The Hospital will continue to recognize that the 30 lack of misconduct for an extended period is a significant factor in determining “just 31 cause” for discipline.
