Relations with the Borrower. The Agent may grant delays, take security or renounce thereto, accept compromises, grant acquittances and releases and otherwise negotiate with the Borrower as it deems advisable without in any way diminishing the liability of the Borrower or prejudicing the rights of the Lenders with respect to the Security.
