Common use of Relations with the Obligors Clause in Contracts

Relations with the Obligors. As between the Agent and the Obligors, the Agent may grant extensions, renounce security (if any security has, at the time been granted to the Agent), accept compromises, grant acquittances and releases and otherwise negotiate with the Obligors, as it deems advisable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, without in any way diminishing the liability of the Obligors nor prejudicing the rights of the Lenders hereunder.
