Relationship and Counterparts. The relationship between the parties is not that of partners, agents, or joint venturers. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which taken together will constitute one instrument. Digital signatures and electronically exchanged copies of signed documents will be sufficient to bind the parties to this Agreement.
