Common use of Relationship Between Insurance and Indemnity Obligations Clause in Contracts

Relationship Between Insurance and Indemnity Obligations. The parties agree that the indemnity and insurance obligations contained in this Agreement are separate and apart from each other, such that failure to fulfill the indemnity obligations does not alter or eliminate the insurance obligations or vice versa. The parties further agree that the insurance obligations shall support but shall not in any way limit the defense and indemnity obligations set forth herein.
