Common use of Relationship of Lessor and Lessee Clause in Contracts

Relationship of Lessor and Lessee. Nothing contained or implied in this Lease will be deemed or construed to create the relationship of partnership or of principal and agent or of joint venture between the Lessor and the Lessee. Specifically, the Parties understand and agree that neither the method of computation of Rent, nor any other provision, nor any acts of the Lessee and the Lessor or either of them will be deemed to create any relationship between them other than the relationship of Lessor and Lessee upon the terms and conditions only as provided in this Lease.
