Relationship of Lessor and Xxxxxx. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed as creating the relationship of principal and agent or of partnership or of joint venture by the parties hereto, it being understood and agreed that no provision contained in this Agreement nor any acts of the parties hereto shall be deemed to create any relationship other than the relationship of xxxxxx and xxxxxx.
