Relationship of Members and Affiliated Parties to Each Other. Each Member and each Affiliated Party shall be individually responsible for its own covenants, obligations and liabilities under this Agreement. No Member or Affiliated Party shall be deemed to be the agent of, or under the direction or control of, or otherwise have the right or power to bind, any other Member or Affiliated Party without the express written consent of the Member or Affiliated Party.
