Relationship of Monthly Prepayments to Price. For purposes of clarity, the Monthly Prepayment obligations of COALSALES II under Article 2 hereof shall not be credited against the Patriot Base Price or the Patriot Selling Price, nor shall the Patriot Base Price or the Patriot Selling Price be reduced as a consequence of the Monthly Prepayments made under Article 2.
