RELATIONSHIP OF OWNER AND CONTRACTOR. Contractor is an independent contractor and nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating (i) any relationship between Owner and Contractor other than that of owner and independent contractor, (ii) any relationship whatsoever between Owner and Contractor's employees or Subcontractors or (iii) a fiduciary relationship between Contractor and Owner. Neither Contractor, nor any of its employees, are or shall be deemed to be employees of Owner.
