Relationship of Parties; No Third Party Beneficiaries. (a) Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any relationship between the Parties, including any partnership or joint venture, other than that of independent contractors. (b) This Agreement is not intended to, and does not, confer upon any Person other than the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, any rights, benefits, or remedies hereunder.
