Nothing in this Amendment No. 6 shall be construed to alter the existing borrower-creditor relationship between Borrowers and Lender, nor is this Amendment No. 6 intended to change or affect in any way the relationship. This Amendment No. 6 is not intended, nor shall it be construed to create, a partnership or joint venture relationship between or among any of the parties hereto. No person or entity other than a party hereto is intended to be a beneficiary hereof and no person or entity other than a party hereto shall be authorized to rely upon the contents of this Amendment No. 6.
