Common use of Relationship of Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Relationship of Shareholders. Nothing herein is intended to constitute the Shareholders as members of any partnership, joint venture, association, syndicate, or other entity, or shall be deemed to confer on any of them any express, implied, or apparent authority to incur any obligation or liability on behalf of another Shareholder or any obligation to assume any obligation or responsibility of any other Shareholder, except as otherwise expressly provided herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the LATAM Controlling Shareholders shall be treated as a single Shareholder for all purposes of this Agreement.
