Common use of Relationship of this Administration Supplement to Other Trust Documents Clause in Contracts

Relationship of this Administration Supplement to Other Trust Documents. Unless the context otherwise requires, this Administration Supplement and the other Trust Documents shall be interpreted so as to give full effect to all provisions hereof and thereof. In the event of any actual conflict between the provisions of this Administration Supplement and (i) the Origination Trust Agreement, with respect to the administration and servicing of any Trust Assets, the provisions of this Administration Supplement shall prevail and (ii) the Basic Administration Agreement, the provisions of this Administration Supplement shall control.
