Common use of Relationship to Existing Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Existing Indenture. The First Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Relationship to Existing Indenture. The This First Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture, as amended and supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture Indenture, is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as amended and supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

The Existing Indenture, Except as specifically amended and supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed. This First Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrumentbound hereby.
