Common use of Relationship to Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Other Documents. The warranties, covenants and other obligations of Borrower and the rights and remedies of Lender that are outlined in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are intended to supplement each other. In the event of any inconsistencies in any of the terms in this Agreement and/or the Loan Documents, all terms shall be cumulative so as to give Lender the most favorable rights set forth in the conflicting documents.
