Relationship to Other Processes and Articles. (a) If a discrimination or harassment complaint is part of a broader dispute involving the alleged violation of other provisions of the agreement (or emerges during consideration of that broader dispute), then the portion relating to the discrimination or harassment complaint will be addressed under this Article. Discrimination and harassment complaints will not be addressed by the Dispute Resolution Process except where specifically provided by this Article.
