Common use of Relationship to Participation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Participation Agreement. All terms of the Participation Agreement not deleted, amended or otherwise modified herein shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the Participation Agreement, this Addendum shall control solely as it applies to the Arrangement. This Addendum may be terminated, without termination of the Participation Agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the Participation Agreement, provided, however, that this Addendum shall terminate automatically upon the termination of the Participation Agreement.
