Common use of Relationship with Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relationship with Indenture. With respect to the Notes, this Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Indenture. In the event of any inconsistency between the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture, this Supplemental Indenture shall govern with respect to the Notes. The words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder,” and words of similar import shall refer to this Supplemental Indenture.
