RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS. 3.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Existing Senior Debt Documents and the Existing Trade Finance Documents (including any amendments or waivers granted in respect thereof) shall continue in full force and effect. 3.2 This Agreement sets out the Parties’ entire understanding of the Restructuring and supersedes any previous agreement between any of the Parties with respect to the Restructuring (and any such previous agreement shall cease to be binding on the relevant Parties) without prejudice to any of the Existing Senior Debt Documents or the Existing Trade Finance Documents.
