In the event a database restore is necessary within 35 days of a requested data deletion, the Bitbucket Cloud operations team will re-delete the data as soon as reasonably possible after the live production system is fully restored. Relationship with the Agreement. a) 3.1. The parties agree that this DPA shall replace replaces and supersedes any existing DPA the parties may have previously entered into in connection with the Services. b) 3.2. Except for the changes made by this DPA, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
