Common use of Relationships with Other Customers Clause in Contracts

Relationships with Other Customers. From time to time, Governmental Lender and the Funding Lender may have business relationships with Borrower’s customers, suppliers, contractors, tenants, members, partners, shareholders, officers or directors, or with businesses offering products or services similar to those of Borrower, or with Persons seeking to invest in, borrow from or lend to Borrower. Borrower agrees that the Governmental Lender and the Funding Lender may extend credit to such parties and may take any action it may deem necessary to collect the credit, regardless of the effect that such extension or collection of credit may have on Borrower’s financial condition or operations. Borrower further agrees that in no event shall the Governmental Lender and the Funding Lender be obligated to disclose to Borrower any information concerning any other customer.
