Relative to Section Clause Samples
Relative to Section. 36.1 of this Lease, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all laws relating to the storage, use, handling and disposal of hazardous, toxic or radioactive matter.
Relative to Section. 11.2 of this Lease, the Tenant shall, following the completion of any Alteration, promptly cause to be recorded in the county in which the Leased Property is located a Notice of Completion in accordance with Section 3093 of the California Civil Code or any successor statute with respect to such work, and deliver a copy thereof to Landlord.
