Relative to Section 15 Sample Clauses

Relative to Section 15. 10 of this Lease, Tenant waives any statutory rights of termination that may arise by reason of any Casualty (including, without limitation, the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1932, Subsection 2, and Section 1933, Subsection 4 and any successor statutes or laws of a similar nature) or Condemnation (including, without limitation, the provisions of California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1265.110 through 1265.160 and any successor statutes or laws of a similar nature), and the parties agree that their respective rights and obligations in the event of any Casualty shall be governed by the terms of this Lease.
