Relative to Section 9 Clause Samples

Relative to Section 9. 1.1 of this Lease, Tenant agrees that the waiver contained in the last sentence thereof shall include, without limitation, to the extent permitted by law, a waiver of any rights Tenant may have under the provisions of California Civil Code Sections 1941 and 1942 and any successor statutes or laws permitting Tenant to make repairs at Landlord’s expense.
