RELEASE AND DELIVERY OF FINISHED PRODUCT. 4.1 Testing and Release. Prior to delivery of Finished Product, Alpex will undertake quality control and release of each lot of Finished Product using the testing methodologies set forth in the Specifications or as otherwise agreed upon in writing by Company and Alpex for purposes of this Agreement, and as required by cGMP, other Applicable Law and Regulatory Requirements.
RELEASE AND DELIVERY OF FINISHED PRODUCT. Testing and Release. Rechon agrees that, prior to each shipment of Finished Product, it shall perform quality control procedures, using the testing methodologies set forth in the Specifications and as otherwise agreed upon by the parties and required by cGMP, other Applicable Law and Regulatory Requirements, as reasonably necessary to ensure that the Finished Product conforms fully to the Specifications.
