Common use of Release and discharge of deed Clause in Contracts

Release and discharge of deed. The Minister agrees to do all things reasonably required by the Developer to release and discharge this deed with respect to any part of the Land upon the Developer satisfying all of its obligations under this deed in respect of that part of the Land.

Release and discharge of deed. The Minister agrees to do all things reasonably required by the Developer to: (a) execute the relevant forms to remove the registration of this deed from any or all folios of the Register in relation to the relevant Land; and (b) release and discharge this deed with respect to any part of the Land Land, upon the Developer satisfying all of its obligations under this deed in respect of that part of the Land, including without limitation, providing the Developer with any deed of release executed by the Minister.

The Minister agrees to do all things reasonably required by the Developer Land Owner to: (a) execute the relevant forms to remove the registration of this deed from any or all folios of the Register in relation to the relevant Land; and (b) release and discharge this deed with respect to any part of the Land Land, upon the Developer Land Owner satisfying all of its obligations under this deed in respect of that part of the Land, including without limitation, providing the Land Owner with any deed of release executed by the Minister.
