Common use of Release and discharge of deed Clause in Contracts

Release and discharge of deed. The Council agrees to do all things reasonably required by the Developer to release and discharge this deed with respect to any part of the Land upon: (a) the Developer satisfying all of its obligations under this deed in respect of that part of the Land; or (b) on the registration of a Subdivision Certificate in respect of a Residential Lot and the Council being satisfied that the Developer is otherwise in material compliance with this deed.
