RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. Individually and on behalf of our student, we knowingly and voluntarily release and hold harmless St. Mark’s School its Board Members, Teachers, Administrators, Employees, Agents, Representative, Insurers, and assigns from all claims and causes of action of any nature related to or arising from student’s enrollment at St. Mark’s School including but not limited to any claim of personal injury, property damage, negligence or gross negligence or any other claim of recovery for injuries or damages of any nature.
