Release by Buyers and Split-Off Subsidiary. At the Closing, Buyers and Split-Off Subsidiary shall execute and deliver to Seller a general release which in substance and effect releases Seller and InVivo from any and all liabilities and obligations that Seller and InVivo may owe to Buyers or Split-Off Subsidiary in any capacity, and from any and all claims that Buyers or Split-Off Subsidiary may have against Seller, InVivo or their respective managers, members, officers, directors, stockholders, employees and agents (other than those arising pursuant to this Agreement or any document delivered in connection with this Agreement).
