RELEASE BY CANADA AND THE BAND. (a) Canada and the Band hereby agree that after ratification, execution and delivery of this Agreement, as long as Saskatchewan is paying to Canada the amounts required to be paid by Saskatchewan in respect of the Band in accordance with this Agreement, and Saskatchewan has not failed, in any material way, to comply with its other obligations hereunder:
