Release by Engineer Sample Clauses
The 'Release by Engineer' clause serves to formally discharge the engineer from any further obligations or liabilities related to a specific project or contract, typically upon completion of their services. In practice, this clause may require the engineer to confirm that all deliverables have been provided and that any outstanding issues have been resolved before the release is granted. Its core function is to provide legal certainty for both parties by clearly marking the end of the engineer's responsibilities, thereby preventing future disputes or claims related to the engineer's work.
