Release by Redeemed Investor. Upon receipt of the Redemption Amount, the Redeemed Investor and each of its predecessors, successors and assigns, hereby fully, finally, irrevocably, forever and unconditionally release, discharge, and acquit Company from all released claims, except the rights and obligations under this Redemption Notice.
