Release for Promotion. 26.3.1 When an employee is selected for a position and there is an established eligibility list for the job classification being vacated, the employee shall be released from his/her current position and assigned to the new position within eleven (11) working days after receipt of the Personnel Assignment Status Sheet (PASS) by Human Resources.
