Release for Promotion. 26.3.1 When an employee is selected for a position and there is an established eligibility list for the job classification being vacated, the employee shall be released from his/her current position and assigned to the new position within eleven (11) working days after receipt of the Personnel Assignment Status Sheet (PASS) by Human Resources. 26.3.2 If no eligibility list exists for the job classification being vacated, the employee shall be released from his/her current position and assigned to the new position within twenty-one (21) days after receipt of the Personnel Assignment Status Sheet (PASS) by Human Resources.
